Meanwhile,in the city of Order's Sanctuary,lived by the famous Freedom Fighters,who had defeat Chaos,God of Discord,lead by the Time Detective Black Cat named Tsubaki Ozu,with their sub-leaders,Satoshi Amaterasu,who becomes a local hero and entitle as the Leader of Amaterasu clan,Ayane Yagami,entitle as the Tsukuyomi Leader,and Tazuki Kagura,rather than the sword master he enlist as the watcher of the seal and still investigate of the broken seal.After receiving a message gave by Rotor,one of the Knothole Freedom Fighters lead by the Acorn Princess,Sally Acorn,Sonic's love interest,that Rugal has planned to take control the world again,they seems to be suspicious about it.

Satoshi:Rugal has appeared with some old tricks again...
Ayane:Is this about the tournament Rugal planned?

Then,Satoshi hold a red stone resembles Chaos Emerald which Tsubaki gave to him,saying the sound of impact woken her up.

Satoshi:Is this the gemstone fell last year?
Tsubaki:Uh-huh,the sound of the impact had woken me up and i found another one outside my room from my window.(Tsubaki show him the white Gemstone and Satoshi handed the same thing,they're identical)

And so,The Freedom Fighters dueling the Dolls that raids them.However,The Dolls didn't manage to defeat them,Juni and Juli were fighting the girls.Satoshi,aware that they were outnumbered,uses his signature final blow;The Fahrenheit X blade,taught by his brother Takuya Amaterasu.He attacks them and the Dolls were sent away outside from the Headquarters.

As the girls retreated,a girl with two blonde pony tail showed up.

Taichi:It's that a friend or a foe
Scarlett: It's alright,Mohito.She's on our side,from Delta Red!

Location:Sahara Dessert,Ancient Ruins

At the ancient Ruins,where the three figures outside.The Babylonian people,Jet the Hawk,Wave the Swallow and Storm the Albatross,Sonic's rival at Sonic Riders saga,are trying to get an Ark of the Cosmos at the Chalice. The Ark was held in a booby trap, so Jet punched in some keys on an ancient keyboard in Babylonian text. This deactivated the trap. Slowly, Jet grabbed the Ark of the Cosmos. No sooner than that, Wave saw a shooting star.
Storm:Hey,What'cha doing there,Wave?
Wave:Making a wish..Hmph! They say if make a wish before it disappears,it'll come true!
Storm:Hahahah! How old are you? Grow up! Right,Boss?

But not for long, as he saw Jet doing the same thing. Jet wished of having a power to beat "him". Then, three more crashed down and caused a rumbling sound just as Storm was about to make a wish himself. This re-activated the trap, causing two boulders to come crashing down. It nearly crushed them until the Al Bhed thieves,Shawn,Arashi and Saizou comes to rescue the rouges.

Jet:What are you anyway?
Shawn:I am Shawn Tsubasa,this is Arashi and Saizou..We're Al Bhed,can you tell?
Storm: Al....Bhed?! What's an "Al Bhed"?
