The Prologue

Prologue:


After the event of Street Fighter Alpha 3,everything went peaceful as usual from the threats of M.Bison,ruler of Shadaloo.In the new city of Shadaloo,made by the Al Bhed slaves that force to work with M.Bison...
There,he talks to his minions,Vega,Balrog and The Dolls,included Juni and Juli...

He spoke this:-

"It has been a long wait since then,but the time has finally come...

Nothing but merciless destruction awaits those who oppose now and those who have opposed us before....

The Era of Shadaloo...My Era...Is at Hand

From this day foward the name Bison becomes a synonym of absolute fear and respect."

Suddenly,a voice came out.
"HAHAHHAHAH! I wouldn't make so many plans if I were you"

As Bison looks around,he was surprises to an uninvited guest
"Who are you?How did you get here?

Rugal:Allow me to intruduce myself: My name is Rugal Berstein.
Bison:Bernstein.....an arm-dealing multi-millionaire?Are here to do business with Shadaloo?
Rugal:No,you see,I have a collection of statues...made of fighters I killed and I was thinking my collection wouldn't be complete without a Shadaloo Fighter and what statue would be better that M.Bison himself?
Bison:Hahahahahah!Such foolish thoughts!After I crush you,you will become a brainwashed tool for Shadaloo!
Rugal:All I have to do now...is decide where I should put your Statue!!

As the two fought,Rugal and M.Bison are equal to strength.As Bison was about to finish final blow,Rugal counters it with Kaiser Wave and Genocide cutter.But,M.Bison quickly dodges it.

"Fighting this man is like betting my life on a coin flip" Rugal thought,desperately
"I must have around 50% chance of winning this..."
Bison began to think and had a plan quickly to defeat Rugal.
"I'll send my dolls and attack him when is distracted"

He sends Juni and Juli to attack Rugal,aware of his plan,also call out Mature and Vice,the two women from The Orochi clan and works as his secretary,to ambush the dolls but quickly defeated as well.Then,Balrog and Vega showed up.

Balrog:I GONNA PUNCH YOU SO BAD NOW!!!

This time Rugal has to uses his Orochi power which Goenitz had told him about the power;

"The results of overusing this power are fatal for a mortal..."

Rugal began to charge up his power,"I'll use it.Only a little bit....." and turn into Omega Rugal.With this power,despite it might killed him,he manage to defeat the two of them.However,he can't fight M.Bison with this power.M.Bison,however,seems to been interested with his power,he thought "Such power...Fighting againts it is too risky..."
Rugal can't take longer(If I continue fighting him this power might kill me....) and he told Rugal he has to leave "Be grateful that I changed my mind.Right now,I don't feel like keeping this up.I'll be organizing a tournament soon.We can settle this there."

Bison let him go before give him a warning "I'll let you live for now,but remember this:
Death os the only fate for anyone who defies M.Bison!!"

Before he left,Rugal warns him too "You should remember too.Beware of the eyes of the 3 last Decendants of the three Wise Gods and the Black Cat...they were bravery enough to dispose you because...They Are .."COSMOS FREEDOM FIGHTERS!!"

Outside from the Shadaloo headquarters,an silhouette with black and red hair along with the blonde hair figure arrive got an eavesdrops their conversation.
Another call from the GUN commander,calling them back,"Agent Shadow and Agent Sara,we've report that Rugal and M.Bison had planned to invite all fighters around the world and M.Bison might have interested the Orochi power and he is after the 3 Heirs of each clan.Be on the lookout on him...."
"Understood...Sara,let's go"
"Alright!!"
"Initiating the mission now!!"
